I went up, as a defense attorney, against this one cop twice. He was a piece of work. Here’s a story his fellow officers say about him:

He pulls a traffic stop. He takes the drivers and passengers out of the car, cuffs them, and then frisks the car. He finds a S&W Model 19 on the floor of the backseat passenger compartment. He takes them all in on illegal possession. He calls up the serial number of the revolver to the City of Chicago registration database. It comes back, “It’s registered to [the cop I'm talking about]“.

It fell out of his holster while he was rooting around the backseat compartment and he never even felt it missing from his holster.

Anyhow, wrong insignia. And the picture is a photoshop as the perspective is impossible unless you are hovering 20 feet off the ground or likewise the twice the size of andre the giant.

Yea, I gotta wonder about that. Is it 34% of shots fired, or is it “per shooting incident, when shots are fired by NYPD, 34% of the time there is at least one hit, no matter how many rounds are fired”?
