Cutting off index fingers that can be pointed like a gun? If so many innocent people didn't die, this would be downright hilarious. As it is, it is just funny, ha,ha style to watch these sonsofbitches, and in Daley's case, sonofabastard demand Springfield do what they have already done. Why? Springfield doesn't have the problem, nor does any of downstate Il. Hell, why should they? All the criminals went to easy pickin's in Chicago where Daley and regime supply them with defenseless victims.
