Any police officers participating in the enforcement of those ordinances will be committing crime. Where are the State Police and the Attorney General with the arrest warrants? When do the buses load up for Harrisburg with all the pragmatists to negotiate? Are three of these acceptable in the pursuit of the possible? Four? In the name of incrementalism could we accept two of these and call it a victory? Or should the arrest of Nutter and his criminal co-conspirators be demanded?
