If he doesn't want to pass legislation that "recognizes a select few" then repeal the carry permt law to allow anyone who can legally own a firearm to carry it anywhere. And to remove all doubt about Jimbo's intelligence... for all you thieves out there... Jimbo admits in public that he has 16 firearms.
