Gun Laws

How to unintentionally commit a gun crime!

Ya know, I was wondering, as someone who owns a Ruger 10/22, if I purchased a new Ruger Charger, if the ATF could charge me with constructive possession of an unregistered short barreled rifle?

Oh, the things we gunnies have to worry about.

I wondered the same thing the first time I saw that pistol. One (2?) screw to remove action from stock, 2 screws to remove barrel from action. Not much effort to turn yourself into a felon.
Not much effort for someone else to do to your gun to turn you into a felon. A government agent who is willing to lie could “find” you in possession of on an “unregistered” SBR quite easily if you had both of these weapons; all it takes is a screw driver, an hex wrench and 2 minutes.

Remember, I do this to entertain me, not you.
