Since the evil gun owning men won't be able to have kids, only the nice tame ones who didn't apply for (expedited) licenses will be having kids. There will be fewer people in the next generation who will be carrying those icky gun things and the future will be safer. Or, maybe, there will be confiscation of registered guns when there are enough of them registered. You know, to reduce crime. Either way, the anti's win. Am I the only one who got that this is a gun control measure in disguise?
