Gura shouldn't have handled this. It was obvious from the get go. He was too nervous, and its too important of a case for someone with no prior Supreme Court experience to take on the oral argument. He was unwilling to go on the offensive, and where the Court didn't ask him questions - because it was his first argument - he was far to willing to talk and concede our positions. But listening to this on C-SPAN, Gura is just horrible! He is repeatedly reaching out to the libtards with examples of what might be reasonable, instead of just telling them why they're wrong.
