		<description>Hence my comments, anon, about why I think Clement and the Bush Admin did a much better job supporting our rights.

Gura shouldn&#039;t have handled this.  It was obvious from the get go. He was too nervous, and its too important of a case for someone with no prior Supreme Court experience to take on the oral argument.  He was unwilling to go on the offensive, and where the Court didn&#039;t ask him questions - because it was his first argument - he was far to willing to talk and concede our positions.</description>

But listening to this on C-SPAN, Gura is just horrible! He is repeatedly reaching out to the libtards with examples of what might be reasonable, instead of just telling them why they&#039;re wrong. After seeing how well the brief was written, It&#039;s painful to listen to.</description>
