Thank goodness for the "urban exception" to the 2nd Amendmend! Wouldn't want a Wild West Shootout to happen. 2. (Recycled from my comment on the original post) Remember "Don't Tase Me, Bro!" and how lots of people thought he got what he deserved for not following a "lawful order" from a cop? Just sayin'.
