   Well, if a bj doesn’t count as sex as we learned from a certain former President, why can’t non-penile rape not be counted as rape? Right? Maybe the schoolboard guy got his PhD in Arkansas where bj’s aren’t sex and frying squirrels in a popcorn popper are acceptable behavior for public officials…
