		<description>I read a summary of the ABA amicus brief yesterday, complements of the Federalist Society&#039;s semi-annual ABA Watch publication, and it seems (big surprise) to exalt legislation and regulation (think BATFE) over the Constitution.

I plan to read the whole brief and try to avoid sending a letter to the ABA Journal.

And the ABA wonders why only 35 - 40% of US lawyers are members.

I dropped out in 1992 when Hillary and Anita Hill were the main speakers in the heat of the 1992 Presidential campaign.</description>
