BTW, this did happen to my brother when he got divorced in Kaifornia 3 years ago. His ex-wife claimed she was afraid he&#039;d shoot her so the cops confiscated his guns with a court order. He finally got them back about a year ago, just before he moved to Oklahoma.</description>
