BTW, this did happen to my brother when he got divorced in Kaifornia 3 years ago. His ex-wife claimed she was afraid he'd shoot her so the cops confiscated his guns with a court order. He finally got them back about a year ago, just before he moved to Oklahoma. Can they say “you have no rights in the People’s Republik of Kaliforniastan” any louder?
