While serving in the IL State Senate, Obama supported Chicago’s handgun ban and opposed the law that weakens local bans in cases of self-defense. That makes him worse than Hillary. They both get an F-, but only because that’s as low as they grade. If they went all the way through the alphabet, Hillary would get a Q- and Obama would get a Z.

I find him just slightly less scary that Hillary. Out of the two, he voted for the Vitter amendment while all their other positions are identical. So he’s an F- while Hillary’s an F–

Nah, they won’t call him a commie. They’ll say something like he’s the most liberal senator or some such. Like they did with Kerry. And they’ll be right. Look at his record. His record and positions (ban all handguns, free healthcare for everybody) scare the crap out of me.

The one reason I prefer Obama over HRC is she is very well entrenched in the DC power structure, Obama isn’t. People likely owe HRC favors, Obama has not had time to find the skeletons in all the closets. HRC could bully her way around, and I think Obama will have a harder time doing that.
