I wonder if he uses it for transfers from private owners to the VPC so they can send them for destruction or use them in their idiotic photo-ops? They do the transfer, they’re all legal and don’t have to worry about being visited by DC’s SWAT team. It’s odd though, no doubt about that.

I wish he would open a store in Oakland. I’d buy some “parts” guns on gunbroker and have them shipped to him to turn in for 250 bucks at the buyback and send me a check.
