		<description>In the late &#039;80s I heard of a Korean war vet who saw a Garand rifle in a sporting goods store while he was on vacation and asked if he could look at it. When he looked at the serial number he discovered that it was the same M1 that he had used while fighting in Korea. Needless to say he bought the rifle and took it home with him.</description>
