		<description>I think it&#039;s fair to say that perpetuation of a well-regulated militia is the purpose of the Second Amendment.  It&#039;s not a fair reading, however, to say that the RKBA has no constitutional protection in other contexts.  Cf. commercial speech and the First Amendment.</description>
