Perhaps a civil suit for damages against the teacher and the school for the agency contract with her would make them back up and look at their hole card? After all, they are already on record have administered punishment. Sounds like a winner to me. Back in the seventies, we all took a big whiff of the freshly mimeographed quizzes and tests when they were handed out. It was always a bonus when the teacher was running behind and the pages were still damp. Strangely, we did this even though no one ever had any effect from it. I love the smell of mimeograph ink in the morning. It smells like a pop quiz. Perhaps the teacher should be investigate for bringing a drug into the school and making it available to the children.
