		<description>Pretty good!  The quick and seemingly automatic flick of the wrist to move the bolt forward in the carrier says she&#039;s done this more than once..;-) 

I seem to remember that you are supposed to start by clearing the weapon, aren&#039;t you? (remove magazine, lock bolt back, visual check empty chamber, then release bolt).</description>

		<description>I knew a guy in ROTC who could assemble, from a box of mixed (appropriate) parts, an M-16 and a -60 in under 45 seconds.

He could strip and assemble either in a like amount of time.

Dude was impressive.</description>
