   Under the ‘militia purpose’ view, the Second Amendment guarantees an individual’s right to keep and bear arms to the extent the person is engaged, or seeks to be engaged, in the conduct sanctioned by the text, i.e., possessing and using arms as part of a well regulated militia.

   As I am a male age 18-45, by federal law I am a member of the militia. My question is: where is my M4?

Remember, I do this to entertain me, not you.
