I thought the testicles improved safety by indicating which drivers to avoid.

If someone gets enough points put on their license, they should have testicles attached to their car by court order.

Just one little nitpick: “Good O’ Boy”, or “Good Ole Boy” as you put it, originally applied to a white racist, i.e. a Democrat and member of the KKK (later to include certain members of the BATF, as in “Good O’ Boy Roundup”).
