Instead of breaking the chains of tyranny in California, they cover them up and walk within the length of their leases never eager to test how strong they really are. I would find such traits in a dog undesirable, but I suppose courage and fortitude are traits we will see even less of in the future. The criteria to which he refers (folding stock, bayonet lug, etc.) are used to determine whether an otherwise permissible firearm (<i>e.g.,</i> a Mini-14) should be considered an "assault" weapon.
