You all suck. I'm here, sweating in Florida, and haven't hit the range in weeks (and coming from a guy who goes sometimes twice a week, well, it stinks).

Plus you got to meet up with Glenn. Seems like TN is the heartland of blogging.

Anyone ever make it down near Tampa, give me a holler.

How do you like your AR-15 in 9mm?

Love it. by far, my favorite to shoot. I decided to build one merely to have an AR i could shoot at an indoor range. I like ARs but it's cold three months out of the year.

Which one is it?

It's a mixed bag that I built. Details here and here.

I've since added a yankee hill free float tube and flip up front sight. I'm processing the paperwork to shorten the barrel to 7 inches.

Where did you shoot and when are you going to do it again so I can take part?

Next time, i'll announce it on the blog.

Yo Unc,

How do you like your AR-15 in 9mm? Which one is it? For some reason I have a hot spot on my wish list for a Carbon-15 in 9mm. No particular reason, in terms of defensive use I suppose it is the equivalent of a long barrelled pistol, but for some reason and utralight 9mm carbine appeals to me.

What say you?

How about "politically incorrect ammunition containment device that should really have no impact on the function of the weapon as military 1930's semi-auto rifles usually held 10-15 rounds and those killed just fine anyway (30 round magazines appeared on various handheld machine guns to feed them for a high rate of fire)".

A bit long, though.
