Romney on guns
Just as the President said, he would have, he would have signed [the assault weapons ban] if it came to his desk, and so would have I.
He’s also telling whoppers about NRA endorsements he received. He did not receive them, of course.
And Bruce has a question for the gun grabbing governor on weapons of unusual lethality.

Romney’s a real piece of work. And his supporters are even worse. You should see some of the comments here. if I didn’t know better I’d think I was reading Daily Kos or the Democratic Underground.

As I said over that and at Countertop’s:
What’s interesting is that he told the state group at the time that he wouldn’t even complete their questionnaire because he doesn’t sign his name to things like that. Yet, he demanded an endorsement anyway.
I don’t know how he treated NRA, but I wouldn’t be shocked if there was an interesting back story prior to the realization that Shannon O’Brien was A-rated.
