		<description>The Liberals are moving on the greener economic pastures.  I&#039;ve noticed the media who remain in Detroit are leaning more conservative.

Also, keep in mind that Michigan is a huge hunting and mostly conservative state.  It is dominated by three urban areas - Detroit, Flint / Saginaw, and Lansing.  Those are shrinking (well, the capitol never does due to government spending), and much money is leaving the state.  Those who remain are the realists and &quot;less educated&quot;.  Which means (generally) more conservative.
