		<description>Well, tasers may kill people every once in a while (generally when the user applies the current more than a few times in a very short period), but I have seen enough videos of CS/pepper spray/OC doing jack diddly to some people, that I think I would fall on the side of liking the high-voltage item, myself...</description>

		<description>I seem to recall FN and the City of Boston getting sued because a Boston cop killed someone with one of FN&#039;s &#039;non-lethal- pepper/CS/nasty stuff launchers.

Apparently, the shooter in question wasn&#039;t properly trained in the use of the system, and FN told Boston to only have trained personnel use them, but Boston decided they needed more folks launching pepper or CS or whatever than they had trained, and somehow this is FN&#039;s fault.

Point is:  it launches things 40 feet.  Less lethal, maybe.  But I&#039;m sure you could kill with it if you tried.</description>
