Like hell it wasnt! The only reason OSHA backed off was because of   Congressman Rehberg&#039;s proposed ammendmet that would&#039;ve cut their funding to do it.

No bets emdfl, I&#039;m sure that OSHA will try it again.</description>

		<description>Its time this legacy of Nixon&#039;s pandering (OSHA) went the way of the dodo bird.  It is clearly too retarded to survive.  I say we take all funding that would go to OSHA and put it into children&#039;s health care.  No doubt the good people currently employed at OSHA would consider it an honor to have all their funding and paychecks go to a worthy cause for a change.</description>
