Yet the state operates a massive welfare apparatus that hands out emoluments to criminals and parasites. Anyone who has ever reat the 10th amendment knows that Social Security, Medicare, and most federal income transfer programs are unconstitional. Both federal and state legislators ignore any part of their constitutions that limit their power, and the sheeple let them.
