The United States has 5% of the world’s population but 25% of the world’s prison population.
Of course, quite a few countries just kill people instead of incarcerating them.
Remember, I do this to entertain me, not you.

But it isn’t the criminals that they kill; it is the people trying to improve their countries a lot of the time. In a lot of countries, most of the psychos and criminals are in their military or police.

Or don’t imprison them for long, if at all. Look at the United Kingdom, for example.
