And he probably is going to get hit with a several million $$$ civil verdict - while he is trying to find a new career, when everyone knows he has been deemed too immoral to practice as a lawyer. Why is the accuser not in a jail cell. This is differential justice. Those college students were arrested for being affluent young white men. Nifong used them as political fodder and withheld DNA evidence proving their innocence. If that is not criminal conspiracy then there is no standard for criminal conspiracy.
