If that’s the whole thing, I don’t see what it has to do with guns. You can hunt with slingshots, bows, spears, etc. What’s more, this “right to hunt and fish” appears subject to whatever regulations the legislature chooses to impose.

So we’ve gotten to the point where the right to feed yourself needs to be specifically enumerated….. :shakes head:

I’m thinking the fears of the Founders when they believed the first 8 amendments were a bad idea were justified…
