If the senator thinks what he and or his aide did should not be punishable (by the way, I agree that it shouldn't), he should be pushing legislation to extend that to all citizens. That he does not, and won't obey the laws means he is a bad senator. It doesn't mean someone is a Bradyite to notice his hypocrisy. That he is in our camp at this moment on this issue does not and should not grant him immunity from integrity. Sorry PGP, you are wrong. He should have gone to jail for that (or at least the aide should have taken the fall with some weapons crimes.)
