The problem is the toys for the boys in the army are not in the NFA registry.  All those lovely and beautiful Thomphson 1928&#039;s and M1A&#039;s those sweet 1918A2&#039;s 1919A4&#039;s and A6&#039;s, the handsome M14&#039;s and the fugley M3&#039;s the heavy metal M2HB&#039;s are not ever going to be available to civilians due to 1) NFA of 1934 and 2) the Huges admentment to the GOPA of 1986.

This only worked because that M16 because it was in the NFA registry prior to May 1986.</description>
