		<description>It&#039;s not going to go anywhere.  The Illinois Constitution requires that all laws be voted on individually and it seems that &quot;Polish Joke&quot; Kotowski has attached it to a child protection bill.  Even if it passes, it will be struck down as unconstitutional and so will the child protection law.  Hopefully, the sponsor of the child protection law will care enough to strip it out in committee.</description>
