Lincoln was the first president to violate the Constitution wholesale. He needs to be remembered for that. He suspended habius corpus and ringed Baltimore with troops and cannons, facing inwards. All of this was to keep a few states from peacefully withdrawing from the union. Heck, even Jefferson had qualms about the Louisiana Purchase, as there's nothing in the constitution that would allow the US to purchase land from other sovereign nations.

I like Alpha Patriot’s work on the RKBA, but that counter on his site has to be a fuckin joke.

It’s been a LOT longer than 2300 odd days since there was “honor, decency, and integrity in the White House”. By even the most lenient standard. I’d say he’s off by a factor of at least ten. (How many days since Lincoln was shot?)
