Another thought experiment response
Over at West, by God comes another response to my little thought experiment on gun laws (see my post here for background). A taste: Take away BATFE’s ability to capriciously write policy. Or, heck, just put their policy decisions under review.

God forbid that we actually, you know, follow the Constitution. You know, the part that says that the power to make law is held solely by Congress.
You know, article 1 section 1. I think they put it first (after the preamble) because it was kinda important.
