		<description>I never pay to find a job; I always pay between 10 and 30 percent to headhunters depending on terms and conditions etc...

I also don&#039;t fill in application forms, or authotrize any kind of background check until an offer is pending. I&#039;m a professional with 15 years experience and an excellent resume; you don&#039;t need me to fill one out to decide whether you want me to work there.

After an offer is on the table, then I&#039;ll play along; but not before.</description>

One thing is for certain: They are a completely manufactured business and have artifically high self-views. Smug.  The worst thing is when idiot bosses at the highest level think they need them to keep up with the Joneses.

Search committees for coaches at University are the best example of that.</description>
