This is supposedly fair. Nevermind that it's exactly the kind of situation that our Constitution is supposed to prevent. Majority rule is not just and is often times unjust. What should be strived for is a laissez fair government, where as long as you aren't depriving someone else of life, liberty, or property you can pretty much do what you want.
