I was a gun-a-day member (almost) for the first week and a half of the year... Including a $140 Yugo mauser and $130 Finn m39--the most beautiful mosin nagant I've ever seen, too. Well, maybe second to my US-made m1891. But I think I'm already in the gun-a-month for the year (at least if you were to count the AR uppers I bought as guns and the CMP M1 that I'm going to buy when they become available) Taking up NRA High Power is definitely going to put a crimp on ye ol' gun buying. Man that stuff is expensive. For the cost of a shooting jacket I could have a couple of old bolt-actions. Or, if I shopped around, a decent AK.
