		<description>I doubt we&#039;re there yet.  They bring up permitless carry every year and it goes no where.  The republicans usually refer it to their &quot;we&#039;d rather not have to vote on that&quot; sub-committee made up of token gun-banning democrats that will dutifully strike it down.

The problem is that our CCW laws are pretty good and getting better.  There is a training requirement, and sometimes fingerprints, but the cost is capped and if they take too long to issue it they have to give you a temporary permit.  Renewals don&#039;t require fingerprints or training, and are supposed to be permanent (if the legislature will ever actually fund it).</description>
