		<description>You can use a paper clip...works every time. Stick the end of the paper clip in the slot where the &quot;cuff&quot; enters the base of the handcuff...bend it to a 90 degree angle and use it to work the lock open. I used to be a loss prevention manager and wasted many a bored hour doing magic handcuff tricks. :)</description>

		<description>Those are novelty cuffs, like the ones you might use to chain your mate to the bed.  Police use a much different variety, which are hinged in the middle (instead of chained) and don&#039;t allow near the freedom of movement that those do.</description>
