I'm looking forward to the day when auto manufacturers discover the joys of negative advertising. Once they do, watch for some manufacturer to play AC/DC's "Highway to Hell" while describing the other guy's cars.

It was hearing a Ramones song ("Blitzkrieg Bop") in a car ad for me. I thought, "Damn, only took three of the original four dying to get access to the rights." And I've heard a Buzzcocks song just last month! F*cking Buzzcocks! You can't even say their name on network TV anymore but their music has finally entered the mainstream. Strange trade-off.

I was going to type "the end of the world as we know it", but that got sold to Disney for "Chicken Little"...
