It may be urban legend, but I've heard a story about a guy who was out shooting at a popular spot on Nat. Forest land in east King County (home of Seattle, among other problems). He was the only guy there until some gang members pulled up. The gangsters killed him and stole his guns after doing some sidehold plinking. Whether they were going out to practice, or trolling for a shooter to rob of guns is up for conjecture. Actually, there may be at least some ‘bangers that do practice.
