So he could control it? Maybe Jamie and Rob took a page from that playbook? Or maybe they just got caught? Makes you also wonder about Tim. Unless you buy the idea that a LAWYER would "mistakenly" affix his signature to a document. So I guess there are two possibilities: Either he's a liar or a blatant moron. Either way, what the heck is he doing representing Nashville. Are they THAT hard up for representatives? Surely there's a Janitor or Sanitation worker somewhere in the city that would be willing to take the job. He’s not just an asshole, looks like he’s a liar too. Unless you buy the idea that a LAWYER would “mistakenly” affix his signature to a document.
