Well sure. If something doesn’t work, and there is no logic nor reason behind the decision, then keep doing it and hope that the universe will change to meet your goal. Perfect!

While a local jurisdiction might not be able to ban guns. It seems one can control gun crime. In fact, just a few hundred yards from SE Washington and its high gun crime is a jurisdiction that has low gun crime, Northern Virginia.

It seems using the laws on the books and law abiding citizens able to own and carry guns, discourages criminals. Surely this is discriminatory or something? Makes the criminals fearful and hurts their self esteem?
