		<description>So when it comes to the most basic civil right; that of choosing and acquiring and possessing the means of self-defense, NY wants to restrict and make it less or non-affordable for the common folk who must otherwise pay for armed protection for the ruling elites. And the wealthy, the privileged and the influential can have their special hired guns.</description>
