		<description>That site is completely incorrect. A state that bans open carry looks exactly like a state that allows open carry without a license. 

And if you look at the weapons by state, it shows a lot of states that allow NFA stuff as banning it &quot;except under limited circumstances&quot; when that &quot;limited circumstance&quot; is having paid the NFA tax, an extremely common law to have.</description>
