Poor trigger disipline. It may be a bad shoot, or maybe not. I don't automatically support the police, and I definitely don't trust what I get from the media, so waiting for some facts to come out is where I'm at. I am pro-police, I teach my daughter that the police are our friends who protect us from bad guys, but spraying a car with bullets, just on suspicion, without knowing how many inncent people are inside should cost these New York cops their badges.
