I expected them to “find” some dope from the first time I read about this story. I’m only surprised they “found” so little.

I suppose it had to come from one of the goons’ personal stash.

As you know I live near Atlanta and have done so long enough to know that you do not mess with APD. The officers, not all but enough, have a reputation as being some what trigger happy. As for the Judge that actually issues a warrent on the evidence presented. I am not surprised, most of Atlanta judges have agendas, just like the DA to look tough on drug crimes.

Yeah, when I saw the amount they found I immediately knew it was dropped from a cops shirt pocket. If she was dealing, they would have found pounds of this stuff. That amount would justify giving her the equivalent of a parking ticket… Oh wait, too late… they just busted in without cause and murdered the woman.

I don�t buy the plant idea. If they were going to plant something, I expect they�d do it right and plant more than 1.93 grams. Or at least plant something more extreme than just weed.

Or, you know, maybe plant the stuff sometime before the first week is out. Still, they had to plant the evil weed, because no one would believe them if they had planted child porn or Taliban propaganda. Still, you know, this is just comic. After the three shot police, the ninja pajamas, the fake affidavit, the good-as-gold lying criminal source, the no-knock whoops announce-knock warrant, and all they could scrape up to plant was one little baggie? Do they expect us to say, "Oh, she had some DOPE? Well, never mind about all that stuff I said about excessive force and over-reaching police with the no-knock warrants. Oh and seize her house while you're at it and buy yourself a new pair of shiny jackboots too!"

That looks like a plant to me.

Surely they can test the interior of the house to find marijuana residue from smoking it. I would guess they have absolutely zero interest in performing such testing because they know it wasnt her weed.

She has next of kin that can sue on her behalf, correct?

Yep, I would tend to believe it was a plant. Just enough, broke up into ” packets” for “distribution” to justify in the average non-controversial case
