I had one, in .223, the ugly thumbhole stock (it was actually pretty good and VERY reliable, though I got rid of it when I finally got an AR; AR magazines are much cheaper and easier to find than .223 AK mags for the MAK, plus the AR doesn't dent the brass to hell and back then fired). 'Cause you'd be so much less dead taking a 12 ga. slug to the midsection. We should be thankful that he brought such an unreliable gun that jammed up on him, instead.
