Were the ads &lt;i&gt;for&lt;/i&gt; the candidates themselves, or were they attacks against the opposing candidate?  The former are allowed, the latter are not.</description>

		<description>Err, why would it matter if he&#039;s an incumbent or not?  I thought the ban prohibited ads naming &lt;i&gt;any&lt;/i&gt; candidate for federal office, not just the incumbent ones.  And since Ford&#039;s not an incumbent, either, why couldn&#039;t turnabout be fair play?</description>
