I got an angry call at work, with my wife hysterically ranting about how I had endangered <em>her</em> daughter. I told her the stuff was basically inert and no more dangerous than a box of matches. That calmed her down, but she still thought I had been irresponsible. Well, a few weeks later, she sheepishly called me and said that she had left a cupboard door open and daughter #1 had found a box of matches and was playing with them when my wife came back into the kitchen. She was open-minded enough to recognize the irony of the situation and have sense of humor about it (which is one reason why I'm still married to her). I doubt my wife would allow me to do this.
